Brownie emergency in Manhattan!

Where could we possibly find a late night dessert with delivery for a special occasion, of course preferably from a Foodzie producer. Aha, Exceptional Brownie to the rescue!

Sure enough Claire was burning the midnight oil, cooking up orders of hamentaschen, the traditional fruit-filled cookie for the Purim holiday. We brainstormed a bit, and she hopped to it to look into whether it was possible to get some goodies delivered.

The next day someone ordered a bucket of her hamentaschen cookies. He wanted them to arrive the next day. He called us up wondering if Claire would make an exception to her estimated time to ship. To his delight, by the time, he called she’d already dispatched the package.

Then she followed up to close the loop on both customer service situations.

Being a tiny operation, it’s easy to get too tied up in production to follow through on excellent service.

Especially when it comes to helping people give gifts, going the extra mile like Claire can make your business go from good to exceptional! Nice work Claire!
