Just wanted to jump in and let you know how amazing I thought Roopa's thai ice-cream was! I even wrote to congratulate her on it. My comment about the weather was meant more about how it must have sent good luck vibes her way. I thought it was absolutely brilliant that she created an ice cream for the competition - none of the other contestants went that direction with their experiments.
