Fat Toad Farm’s caramel is made with just four simple ingredients: Fresh goat’s milk, organic cane sugar, heat and time. Slowly and methodically, the mixture is reduced until it thickens and the sugars caramelize, resulting in a rich, sweet caramel that retains the vibrant tang of goat’s milk. The plain version is addictive enough, but infused with fair trade coffee, three kinds of cinnamon or fragrant vanilla beans, each of these caramels has its own distinctive personality, like the goats that graze on the farm’s pastures.
