Ayurvedic blends, neem, tulsi (“holy basil”), blends with mint, masala chai tea blends (which are rooted in Ayurvedic traditions) and blends with chamomile. Chinese herbalism also incorporates many “true teas” (teas from the camellia Sinensis plant), particularly puer and green teas.
