Ingredients Effie’s ingredients are simple and uncomplicated-- Wheat flour, rolled oats, unsalted butter (contains milk), sugar, water, organic palm oil, kosher salt, baking soda, malted barley flour We use local and regional ingredients whenever possible and specify both Cabot unsalted butter.
