Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order, you must contact us the same day you placed the order. You may e-mail us at Customer Support or give us a call at 336-899-0353.
Please include your name, order number and product you'd like to cancel. If you would like to cancel your order after the day your order was placed, you can still return the product. Please see our return policy below.

In order to provide you lots of variety and the freshest products available, all the items you ordered will be delivered straight from the producer. That means each product has a different delivery time. Be sure to look for this information on each product page, so you know when to expect your products to arrive.
Foodzie currently only ships within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. But please be aware that rates increase dramatically to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.
FedEx, will not deliver packages to a PO Box. Orders placed on Foodzie must use a valid physical address.
