Bacon. Jam. Need we say more? Josh Henderson simmers sweet onions, balsamic vinegar and, you guessed it, bacon, and then purees it down to a chunky, salty-sweet and irresistible condiment. This spread is good on absolutely everything: stuffed in pork chops, baked in tartlettes, mixed in spinach dip… you get the idea.
You’ll also get Skillet Street's newest flavor, Fennel and Black Pepper. It’s still the same bacon goodness, but kicked up with the spicy-sweet taste of fennel and a good palate-awakening crack of black pepper.
About skillet street food
Consider Chef Josh Henderson one of the original founders of the national street movement. Back in 2007, he served up his favorite lunchtime concoctions out of the back of his AirStream trailer, bringing joy (and bacon jam) to the streets of Seattle. Henderson has since moved from the street to brick and mortar, where he plots amazing menus for weddings, private parties and corporate events throughout the Pacific Northwest.
